Neighborhood
Association Meetings
Neighborhood meetings are held on the last Tuesday each month at 6PM at Remedy City Church, 4100 N. Oakwood Avenue in Muncie. Meetings are open to all residents, property owners, and business owners within the boundaries of the Halteman Village Neighborhood Association area (includes Halteman Village, Norwood, Norwood-Hal, and Vienna Woods).
