Holiday Home Decorating Contests

Join the fun during Halloween and Christmas, and enter your home in our annual decorating contests! Open to all residents in Halteman Village, Norwood, Norwood-Hall and Vienna Woods. More information and entry guidelines will be posted soon.

Neighborhood
Association Meetings

Neighborhood meetings are held on the last Tuesday each month at 6pm at Remedy City Church, 4100 N. Oakwood Avenue in Muncie. Meetings are open to all residents, property owners, and business owners within the boundaries of the Halteman Village Neighborhood Association area (includes Halteman Village, Norwood, Norwood-Hal, and Vienna Woods).

Rummage Sales

Our annual multi-neighborhood rummage sale falls every year on the third Saturday in July.

JULY 18, 2026

Participants should submit their address online for inclusion in our ad.
