Tournament Format

Check-in and warm-up begins at 8:00 a.m.

Tournament play begins at 8:30 a.m.

Double elimination; each team plays at least two matches
-
Men & women will compete together
-
Partners determined by a blind draw from pool of registrants
Participation & Entry Fees

$15 per player
-
Participation limited to first 36 individuals registered with payment

Payment accepted online via PayPal or by mail via check

All proceeds go toward the Halteman Park Crowdfunding Campaign
Registration & Deadline

Advance registration & payment required by 6 pm, Wed., Aug. 16

If paying by check, completed entry form & payment must be mailed no later than Mon., Aug. 14 to ensure receipt by Wed., Aug. 16 deadline

No refunds granted beyond registration deadline
In the event of cancellation due to weather or other circumstances, tournament will be rescheduled to Sat., Aug. 26.
